Malabar Dance Crew provides professional & fun dance classes for students aged from 2 1/2 years to adult in the south-east Sydney suburb of Malabar.
Originally established in 2007 with 29 students, Malabar Dance Crew is now home to over 160 students who participate in TAP, MODERN JAZZ, BROADWAY JAZZ & HIP HOP. Specialty classes are also available for PRESCHOOLERS, BOYS & PERFORMANCE TROUPES.
Malabar Dance Crew (MDC) is owned by principal Donna Smith who has over 25 years dance experience. Donna is a qualified Early Childhood & Primary teacher, and Active After School Activities Dance Coach, who has worked extensively throughout primary schools as a dance teacher and choreographer for school musical productions.
MDC's goal is to provide classes for students which are fun, aim to develop confidence, and build on dance skills, technique, flexibility and performance.
Classes are held throughout school terms on Monday to Wednesday afternoons/evenings at Malabar Memorial Hall & Malabar Public School.
